This website has no sign-up and no tracking cookies. If you use the site assistant, the question you type and the answer are kept so we can improve the answers; we keep no name and store your network address only in a one-way scrambled form. Please do not type personal details into the assistant.
Why
To answer your question and to improve the site. If you call or email us, we use your details only to reply.
How long
Assistant questions are deleted after no more than 180 days.
Where it is stored
This website and its assistant run on Cloudflare, a global network, so website data may be processed outside Oman. This is separate from our contact-centre systems and call recordings, which are hosted inside Oman at Oman Data Park.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us.
